2010 proved to be yet another great year!
I pretty much stayed local for racing this year so I would have to say my highlight of 2010 was my work event, the 3 weeks I spent riding across Canada. After our first year under our belts in 2009, it made for a smoother transition into our second year for our ride, which meant a little more sleep each night and more time on the bike. Yukon/Whitehorse was definable a highlight too - what a great place and some great riding!!

Was a little disappointed I couldn't make the last race for the BC Marathon Series, as I would have taken the win for the series, it was the only one that was mandatory - will see what the rules are for 2011.
After pretty much taking the last 3 months off the bikes, I am all geared up to get back into it. Still waiting to receive my new Norco CRR1 Road Bike to get in some indoor spin sessions while this rain proceeds to fall and got out on the mtb today. Feeling very slow and unfit but ready to put it back into gear!!
I am pumped for my move to Squamish early December and to be close to all the amazing trails for spring and summer. Work has been inspiring and we are some unbelievable plans we have been working on and am thrilled for what 2011 and 2012 have to offer!

I would love to add in there a trip to Chil Coltins, also do the seven summits in Rossland on the way back from the Fernie race and some riding in Hood river, either as a part of the trip down to Bend for the 100 miler race or a separate trip. Summer is just never long enough to fit everything in!!
